Sometimes on the journey towards our goals, we can be guilty of forgetting to appreciate the little wins in life. It's often too easy to get wrapped up in our working lives and the busyness of the daily grind. We can forget to devote some time to ourselves to reflect and process where we are, and where we're going in life.

A Little Time is inspired by some of the songwriters we love - James Taylor, Simon & Garfunkel, Eva Cassidy and Carole King, to name but a few. It is a reminder for everyone, wherever you are in your story, to appreciate where you are right now, how far you have come, and how much you have achieved in life so far.

Wherever your journey takes you today, don't forget to give yourself a little time...
